Built so every campaign is ready before it's sent.
Inbrovia is a campaign operations & deliverability platform. It helps businesses, marketing teams and agencies design, personalize, preview, check and send email campaigns from their own domain, with the safeguards that usually need an email specialist built in.
The problem Inbrovia solves.
Most campaign mistakes are not creative mistakes. A layout that breaks on a phone, a greeting that reads “Hi ,” because a first name is missing, a contact who unsubscribed last year and was re-imported from a spreadsheet, a domain that was never authenticated. Each one costs trust with customers, and some of them cost sender reputation that takes months to rebuild.
Catching these problems usually takes a collection of tools and someone who knows where to look. Inbrovia puts design, previews, pre-send checks, audience protection, review and results into one workflow, so the checks happen every time, for everyone, before anything is sent.

What happens behind a campaign.
How sending works
Customers do not run mail servers or manage provider accounts. Inbrovia sends through its email delivery infrastructure on the customer's behalf. When a campaign is scheduled, Inbrovia freezes an exact copy of the content and sender, works out which recipients are eligible, and queues one message per recipient. Campaigns can go out immediately, at a scheduled time, or in controlled batches. Delivery, bounce, complaint, open and click events come back from the provider and feed the campaign's results and the domain's Sender Health.
How customer domains work
Each brand sends from a business domain it owns. When a sender address is added, Inbrovia generates the DNS records the domain needs: an ownership record and DKIM records, plus recommended records for a custom return path (SPF) and DMARC. Once the records are in place and verified, the domain can send. Campaigns cannot be sent from a domain that is not verified, or from free mailbox addresses that cannot be authenticated.
What happens to recipient data
Recipients a customer imports belong to that customer's workspace and brand. Inbrovia uses the data to send that customer's campaigns, to process bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, and to report results back to them. Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace. The privacy summary describes this in more detail.
How unsubscribe and suppression work
Every campaign must include a visible unsubscribe link, and Inbrovia adds a one-click unsubscribe header that mail apps can use directly. Recipients can also choose topics in the brand's preference center. An unsubscribe stops campaigns from that brand; a complaint or hard bounce stops campaigns from every brand in the workspace. Suppression is stored separately from lists, so it survives deletion and re-import, and it is checked again immediately before each message is sent.
The security page covers how accounts, workspaces and recipients are protected.
