Is Starter really free?: Yes. Starter is free to begin with and includes the complete workflow for one brand within its monthly allowance. You can upgrade when you need more brands, seats or volume.
Why is there no price list for Pro and Agency?: Sending volume, recipients and brands vary a great deal between teams. We match the plan to your numbers rather than making you pick a tier that does not fit. Contact us and we will reply with a quote.
What counts as an active recipient?: A recipient who can receive campaigns from a brand. Unsubscribed, suppressed, bounced and complained addresses do not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly sends?: Campaigns that would exceed the allowance are held and you are notified. Nothing is sent without your decision.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. History, templates and audiences carry over.
