A plain-language summary of the terms for using Inbrovia.
Permission-based sending
Inbrovia is for sending campaigns to people who have agreed to hear from your brand. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are not permitted. Every campaign must include a working unsubscribe option and an accurate sender identity.
Your domain and content
You confirm that you are authorized to send from the domains you connect and that your campaign content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. You remain responsible for the content and the audience of your campaigns.
Abuse and suspension
We monitor bounce and complaint signals to protect all customers. Workspaces that show abuse signals may be limited, paused or suspended for review. We will tell you why and what is needed to restore sending.
Plans and allowances
Plans set entitlements such as brands, seats, sends and recipients. Campaigns that would exceed an allowance are held until you decide how to proceed.
